Resources For Students

  • Materials for Projects or Reports
You can find a great deal of manatee information right at Save the Manatee Club's web site. Start at our Manatee Information page and begin by checking out the links to the Manatee Facts and Manatee FAQ pages. Don't forget the "In This Section" menu bar at the right side of the page. There, you'll find links for Manatee Migration, Manatee Mortality, Tracking Manatees, Manatee Birth and Reproduction, Sirenians of the World, and other topics.

You can print information from any of the Save the Manatee Club web pages to use for your school projects or reports. You can also download our free Manatee Facts and Manatee Anatomy sheets, coloring and activity book, and public awareness brochures at our Manatee Materials page.

If you are not able to print information from the web site or download the pdf files, you can e-mail us at education@savethemanatee.org and request a "student education packet." These packets are available free to K-12 or college-level students. Be sure to give your name, postal address, and grade level.
